1. The service

BIDBOARD is a sponsored placement service. You pay to place your website link on a public ranking board; higher total contributions earn a higher rank position. This is paid promotional placement / a sponsored listing slot — it is not a contest, lottery, raffle, or wager of any kind.

2. Payments

All payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), our Merchant of Record. By paying you agree to Creem's Buyer Terms. We never receive or store your card details.

3. What you purchase

Your payment buys a placement entry on the board, delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Rankings reflect total contributions and can be overtaken by later, higher contributions at any time. Losing your rank does not affect the placement you already received.

4. Refunds

Placement is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment. Once a payment is confirmed and your listing is published, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where required by law (for example, if we fail to display your listing). Refund requests are handled by Creem under its Buyer Terms; contact support@customeren.cloud.

5. Acceptable use

• You must only submit URLs you have the right to promote.
• No illegal, infringing, abusive, or misleading content.
• We may remove any listing, at our discretion, that violates these terms, and may block repeat abusers.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as-is", without warranty. We are not responsible for the content of any listed URL. Nothing here creates a partnership, agency, or endorsement with any listed site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or the minimum contribution at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
