1. Who we are

BIDBOARD is a sponsored placement service operated by an independent digital business (the "Operator"). For any privacy request, contact us at support@customeren.cloud.

2. What we collect

• Listing URL and an optional display name you submit — used only to render your entry on the public ranking board.
• Paid amount — recorded automatically from the payment provider after a successful payment. We never ask you to enter an amount on our site.
• Email (optional) — if provided, it is forwarded to our Merchant of Record (Creem) solely to generate your payment receipt. We do not use it for marketing.

3. Payments and your card data

Payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), our Merchant of Record. Creem collects your card and billing details directly; BIDBOARD never receives or stores your payment credentials. Creem's own privacy practices apply: creem.io/privacy.

4. How we use data

• To display your listing and rank on the public board.
• To confirm payments via webhook from the payment provider and credit the board.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.

5. Data retention

Listing data is kept until you request removal. To delete a listing or any data tied to your submitted URL, email support@customeren.cloud and we will erase it within 30 days.

6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. We respond within 3 business days. Creem, as Merchant of Record, handles payment-related data under its own terms.
